AT 400 AM EST...AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT STRETCHED FROM OFFSHORE OF
SOUTHEASTERN NEW ENGLAND...THROUGH THE SOUTHERN MID ATLANTIC
REGION AND INTO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.  VERY COLD AIR
BEHIND THIS FRONT IS SUPPORTING AN INCREASING AREA OF WINTRY
PRECIPITATION.  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADARS AND
SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATED MIXED PRECIPITATION FALLING IN A
SWATH FROM NORTHERN ARKANSAS...NORTHEASTWARD THROUGH THE OHIO AND
TENNESSEE VALLEY REGION AND INTO THE NORTHERN MID ATLANTIC.  LIGHT
