...PRECIPITATION WINDING DOWN IN CALIFORNIA...

CURRENTLY... NOAA NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IS SHOWING A BAND
OF HEAVY RAIN IN CENTRAL/SOUTHERN SIERRA AND AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW
IN SOUTHEAST IDAHO.  HOWEVER...THE ARIAL COVERAGE OF THE
PRECIPITATION IS DIMINISHING AS IT MOVES QUICKLY EASTWARD.  THE
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEAVY PRECIPITATION IS
NOW LOCATED IN CENTRAL NEVADA AND WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH EASTWARD
THROUGH THE GREAT BASIN OVERNIGHT.  AS THIS OCCURS THE AXIS OF
HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EASTWARD AND END OVER
THE WATER LOGGED AREAS OF CALIFORNIA.

FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCHES AND WARNINGS CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR
PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ARE EXPECTED TO EXPIRE LATER THIS
EVENING OR EARLY TONIGHT.

HIGH WIND WARNINGS ARE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND WESTERN UTAH. 

WINTER STORM WARNINGS AND HEAVY SNOW WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR
THE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAINS IN CALIFORNIA...THE MOUNTAINS OF
SOUTHERN NEVADA...CENTRAL UTAH...SOUTHERN IDAHO AND WESTERN
WYOMING.  SNOW ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN
CALIFORNIA...NORTHERN NEVADA...NORTHWEST ARIZONA...EASTERN
UTAH...WESTERN MONTANA...AND WESTERN WYOMING.  THESE WARNINGS AND
