...HEAVY PRECIPITATION SHIFTS SOUTHWARD AND INLAND FROM NORTHERN
CALIFORNIA....

STRONG FLOW FROM THE PACIFIC CONTINUES TO BE A SOURCE FOR SOME
HEAVY PRECIPIATION ACROSS THE WEST.  HOWEVER...RADAR COMPOSITES
SHOW THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS SHIFTED SOUTH FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
ADDITIONAL LESS SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TOMORROW IN
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WITH YET ANOTHER WEAKER SYSTEM. 

FLOOD WATCHES AND WARNINGS ARE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF
OREGON...WASHINGTON...CALIFORNIA...AND NEVADA.
