...TROPICAL DEPRESSION SEVEN GRADUALLY WEAKENING ACROSS INTERIOR
GEORGIA...

CURRENT WATCHES/WARNINGS...FLASH FLOOD WATCHES COVER MOST OF
EASTERN SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA.  

AT 11 AM CDT...15Z...TROPICAL DEPRESSION SEVEN WAS LOCATED AT
32.7 LATITUDE NORTH... LONGITUDE 82.4 WEST...ABOUT 40 MILES SOUTH
SOUTHWEST OF AUGUSTA GEORGIA.

TROPICAL DEPRESSION SEVEN HAS BEEN MOVING NORTHWEST NEAR 10 MPH
OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS AND IS EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THIS SPEED
WHILE GRADUALLY TURNING MORE TOWARDS THE NORTH WITH TIME. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 25 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 35 MPH.  THE
MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 30.18 INCHES...1022 MB.
