CURRENT WATCHES/WARNINGS... URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD
ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR PIMA AND SANTA CRUZ COUNTIES
IN SOUTHEAST ARIZONA.

AT 2 PM MST...21Z...THE SURFACE LOW OF MARTY WAS LOCATED
NEAR  LATITUDE 31.6 NORTH...113.3 WEST...120 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF YUMA ARIZONA. 

MARTY IS MOVING NORTHEASTWARD AT 5 MPH AND THE REMNANTS OF
THE SYSTEM ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THIS TRACK FOR THE
ENSUING 12 HOUR PERIOD. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 25 MPH NEAR THE CENTER OF
CIRCULATION. THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 29.74
