..."LILI " IS NO LONGER A TROPICAL DEPRESSION AND IS RAPIDLY
BEING ABSORBED BY THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE NORTHERN GREAT
LAKES...

FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG THE SOUTH FORK OF THE FORKED DEER
RIVER IN TN...THE TALLAHATCHIE RIVER IN MS... AND THE TOMBIGBEE
RIVER IN MS.  

AT 5PM EDT ... 21Z... REMNANTS OF "LILI " ARE OVER THE UPPER OHIO
VALLEY AND NO CLOSED CIRCULATION CAN BE FOUND AND HAS NOT BEEN
FOUND SINCE 18Z. 

DURING THE LAST 6 HOURS THE PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS HAVE DECREASED
AS THE RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS OF "LILI " MOVES RAPIDLY
NORTHEASTWARD.
