FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA
AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

AT 10 AM CDT...15Z...TROPICAL DEPRESSION IVAN WAS LOCATED NEAR
30.9 NORTH LATITUDE AND 95.0 WEST LONGITUDE...OR APPROXIMATELY 10
MILES NORTH OF LIVINGSTON TEXAS AND MOVING NORTH-NORTHWESTWARD AT
10 MPH. WINDS ARE GENERALLY 10-15 MPH. THE CENTRAL PRESSURE IS
1013 MB OR 29.92 INCHES OF MERCURY.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 2-3 INCHES WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO 5
INCHES ARE POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS OF EAST TEXAS AND LOUISIANA.
