ALL FLOOD WATCHES HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED IN THE NORTHEAST.

FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS CONTINUE FOR NORTHEASTERN
PENNSYLVANIA...SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK...CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS...AND
SOUTHWESTERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.

AT 5 PM EDT...21Z...THE REMNANTS OF IVAN WAS LOCATED NEAR 37.2
NORTH LATITUDE AND 75.2 WEST LONGITUDE...OR APPROXIMATELY 60 MILES
EAST-NORTHEAST OF NORFOLK VIRGINIA AND MOVING EAST-SOUTHEASTWARD
AT 15 MPH. WINDS ARE GENERALLY 10-15 MPH...8 TO 13 KNOTS. THE
CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1002 MB OR 29.59 INCHES OF MERCURY.
