...TROPICAL DEPRESSION ISIDORE CONTINUES TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS
AND FLOODING WELL TO THE NORTH AND EAST OF THE CENTER OF
CIRCULATION...

FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR THE FOLLOWING LOUISIANA
PARISHES UNTIL 800 AM CDT FRIDAY: LIVINGSTON...ST. JOHN THE
BAPTIST...AND TANGIPAHOA .
                                                       
FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR SEVERAL NORTHWESTERN
AND NORTH CENTRAL COUNTIES IN KENTUCKY UNTIL 400 PM CDT FRIDAY
AFTERNOON. FLOOD WARNINGS FOR COUNTIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL AND
WESTERN KENTUCKY REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 AM CDT FRIDAY.
     
SEVERAL ADDITIONAL RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS ARE  IN EFFECT IN
LOUISIANA...MISSISSIPPI...ALABAMA...AND TENNESSEE.

A FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT IN NORTHERN ALABAMA AND
NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI...IN WESTERN TENNESSEE UNTIL 600 AM CDT
FRIDAY...EASTERN TENNESSEE AND SEVERAL COUNTIES IN INDIANA UNTIL
NOON EST FRIDAY...AND IN NORTHERN OHIO AND NORTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA THROUGH FRIDAY.

MOST OF THE COUNTIES IN SOUTHEASTERN OHIO AND NORTHWESTERN PA
ARE UNDER A FLASH FLOOD WATCH THROUGH FRIDAY. CENTRAL PA IS
UNDER A FLOOD WATCH THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON. WESTERN AND
NORTHWESTERN PA...EXTREME WESTERN MD...NORTHERN AND EASTERN
OHIO AND SEVERAL COUNTIES IN WEST VIRGINIA ARE UNDER A FLOOD
WATCH FROM 400 AM UNTIL 1000 PM FRIDAY. THE FLOOD WATCH FOR
SOUTHEASTERN OHIO...NORTHEAST KENTUCKY...AND THE OHIO RIVER
COUNTIES OF WEST VIRGINIA CONTINUES THROUGH 400 PM CDT FRIDAY
AFTERNOON.

THE NORTHERN ADIRONDACK REGION AND SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY OF
NORTHERN NEW YORK ARE UNDER A FLOOD WATCH FRIDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY MORNING. A FLOOD WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR FRIDAY AND
FRIDAY NIGHT IN EASTERN NY...WESTERN NEW ENGLAND...CENTRAL AND
NORTH CENTRAL NY...WESTERN NY... AND NORTHEASTERN PA.

AT 4 AM CDT...06Z...THE CENTER OF ISIDORE WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE
36.2N... LONGITUDE 86.3W...OR SLIGHTLY EAST OF NASHVILLE TENNESSEE.

THE LOW CENTER HAS BEEN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH  OVER THE
PAST THREE HOURS. ISIDORE IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE MOVING RAPIDLY
TO THE NORTHEAST OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE ROUGHLY 15 KNOTS.  MINIMUM CENTRAL
PRESSURE IS 995 MB.
