FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR THE FOLLOWING LA PARISHES
UNTIL MIDNIGHT: LIVINGSTON...ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST...ST. TAMMAN....AND
TANGIPAHOA . FLOOD WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE BOGUE
FALAYA...TCHEFUNCTE...AND ABITA RIVERS WHERE MODERATE FLOODING IS

D'IBERVILLE.

A FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT TONIGHT IN NORTHERN ALABAMA AND
NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI...IN WESTERN TENNESSEE UNTIL 600 AM CDT
FRIDAY...EASTERN TENNESSEE UNTIL 1200 PM FRIDAY...NORTHEAST
KENTUCKY...NORTHERN OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA LATE
TONIGHT AND FRIDAY.

MOST OF THE COUNTIES IN SOUTHEASTERN OHIO AND NORTHWESTERN PA
ARE UNDER A FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. CENTRAL PA
IS UNDER A FLOOD WATCH THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON. WESTERN
PA...EXTREME WESTERN MD...EASTERN OHIO AND SEVERAL COUNTIES IN
WEST VIRGINIA ARE UNDER A FLOOD WATCH UNTIL 1000 PM FRIDAY. 

THE ADIRONDACK AND ST. LAWRENCE REGIONS OF NEW YORK ARE UNDER A
FLOOD WATCH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. A FLOOD WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT
FOR FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT IN EASTERN NY...WESTERN NEW
ENGLAND...CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL NY...WESTERN NY... AND
NORTHEASTERN PA.



AT 10 PM CDT...03Z...THE CENTER OF ISIDORE WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE
34.8N... LONGITUDE 88.8W...OR 32 MILES NORTH OF TUPELO MISSISSIPPI.

THE LOW CENTER HAS BEEN MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH AT 23 MPH OVER
THE PAST THREE HOURS. ISIDORE IS EXPECTED TO ACCELERATE AND TAKE A
A MORE NORTHEASTERLY TRACK OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 17 KNOTS.  MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE
IS 992 MB.
