...TROPICAL DEPRESSION HUMBERTO PRODUCING RAIN IN THE SOUTHEAST...

FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PARTS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
MISSISSIPPI.

FLOOD WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF THE VERMILION RIVER
IN LOUISIANA. 

AT 0400 AM CDT...09Z...TROPICAL DEPRESSION HUMBERTO WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 32.5 NORTH...AND LONGITUDE 91.2 WEST...OR 10 MILES
NORTHWEST OF VICKSBURG MISSISSIPPI.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARDS THE NORTHEAST NEAR 12 MPH...10
KT..19 KM/HR.  A GRADUAL TURN TOWARDS THE EAST NORTHEAST AND THEN
TO THE EAST IS EXPECTED ON FRIDAY.  
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS WERE NEAR 20 MPH..17 KT..32 KM/HR WITH
HIGHER GUSTS.  THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE WAS 1008 MB...OR 29.77
INCHES.

TROPICAL DEPRESSION HUMBERTO IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
POSSIBLE NEAR 
THE LOW TRACK.
