POTENTIAL OF FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BE ACROSS NORTHERN
ARKANSAS...SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI...EXTREME WESTERN KENTUCKY AND
NORTHWESTERN TENNESSEE INTO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
