...HENRIETTE DISSIPATING OVER NORTHWESTERN MEXICO...

FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN
ARIZONA...SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO...AND FAR SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS.  

AT 800 AM PDT...15Z...THE POORLY DEFINED LOW PRESSURE CENTER
ASSOCIATED WITH HENRIETTE WAS LOCATED NEAR 31.0 NORTH LATITUDE AND
109.0 WEST LONGITUDE...IN FAR NORTHERN MEXICO APPROXIMATELY 50
MILES SOUTHEAST OF DOUGLAS ARIZONA.  THE LOW IS MOVING NORTHEAST
AT ABOUT 15 MPH.  MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 15 MPH...13 KNOTS. 
THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1006 MB...29.71 INCHES.
