....REMNANTS OF HANNA OVER SOUTH CAROLINA MOVING EAST
NORTHEAST...

...A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
UNTIL 5 AM EDT MONDAY MORNING...AND UNTIL 6 AM EDT FOR MOST OF
UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA.

AT 1100 PM EDT...03Z...THE POORLY DEFINED LOW CENTER WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 33.7 N...LONGITUDE 81.2 W ...OR 15 MILES SOUTH OF
COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA.

THE LOW CENTER IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST NORTHEAST NEAR 30
MPH...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24
HRS.. WITH  A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED.

WINDS ARE VERY LIGHT NEAR THE CENTER.  THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM
CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1015 MB...30.02 INCHES.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES...WITH ISOLATED
HIGHER AMOUNTS...CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS CENTRAL AND EASTERN
NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA.
