....REMNANTS OF HANNA NEAR WESTERN SOUTH CAROLINA CONTINUING
NORTHEASTWARD...

...A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA UNTIL 5 AM
EDT MONDAY MORNING...AND UNTIL 1200 MIDNIGHT EDT IN THE PIEDMONT OF
NORTH CAROLINA... WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA AND UPSTATE SOUTH
CAROLINA...

AT 500 PM EDT...21Z...THE POORLY DEFINED LOW CENTER WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 34.4 N...LONGITUDE 82.4 W ...OR NEAR GREENWOOD SOUTH
CAROLINA.

THE LOW CENTER IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHEAST NEAR 30
MPH...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24
HRS.. WITH  A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED.

WINDS ARE VERY LIGHT NEAR THE CENTER.  ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL
PRESSURE IS 1015 MB...30.02 INCHES.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES...WITH ISOLATED
HIGHER AMOUNTS...CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS INTERIOR PORTIONS OF THE
CAROLINAS NORTHWARD TO CENTRAL AND WESTERN VIRGINIA.
