....TROPICAL DEPRESSION HANNA MOVING ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST...

...A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT OVERNIGHT FOR CENTRAL AND WESTERN
NORTH CAROLINA...CENTRAL AND WESTERN SOUTH CAROLINA...AND MUCH
OF EASTERN GEORGIA. 

...A FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY IN UPSTATE
SOUTH CAROLINA UNTIL 245AM EDT...

AT 11 PM EDT...03Z...THE POORLY DEFINED CENTER OF TROPICAL
DEPRESSION HANNA WAS LOCATED IN SOUTHERN ALABAMA NEAR LATITUDE
31.8N...LONGITUDE 86.5W.  

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 12 MPH...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24 HRS.  A
GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS ANTICIPATED.
                              
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 20MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS IN
THUNDERSTORMS WELL EAST OF THE CENTER.  ESTIMATED MINIMUM
CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1010 MB...29.83 INCHES.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES...WITH ISOLATED
HIGHER AMOUNTS...CAN BE EXPECTED EAST OF THE PATH OF THE CENTER
OF HANNA ACROSS NORTHERN FLORIDA...GEORGIA...WESTERN SOUTH
CAROLINA AND WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
