MILES...129 KM...NORTHWEST OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS AND 110
MILES...177 KM...SOUTH OF SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI. 

GUSTAV IS MOVING OFF TO THE NORTHEAST AT 11 MPH. THIS GENERAL
NORTHEASTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY AND GUSTAV
SHOULD PICK UP IN FORWARD SPEED AS IT ARRIVES INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. GUSTAV IS EXPECTED TO BECOME EXTRATROPICAL THURSDAY AS IT
