GUSTAV IS MOVING OFF TO THE NORTHEAST AT 7 MPH. THIS
MOVEMENT...WITH A SLIGHT INCREASE IN FORWARD MOTION...IS EXPECTED
OVERNIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY AS GUSTAV ARRIVES INTO THE WESTERN OHIO
VALLEY
