10 PM CDT SUN AUG 31 2003

CURRENT WATCHES/WARNINGS...FLOOD WATCHES REMAIN IN EFFECT ACROSS
MUCH OF EASTERN TEXAS AND SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA TONIGHT.  FLASH
FLOOD WATCHES EXTEND FROM SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS AND PARTS OF THE
TEXAS HILL COUNTRY OVER TO PARTS OF SOUTHWEST AND WEST TEXAS INTO
MONDAY.  IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT
FOR THE PINE ISLAND AT SOUR LAKE AND FOR PEACH CREEK AT SPENDORA. 
ALL OTHER WARNINGS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
   
AT 10 PM CDT...03Z...THE SURFACE LOW WAS FOUND NEAR LATITUDE 31.3
NORTH...97.2 WEST...25 MILES SOUTH OF WACO TEXAS. 

GRACE IS MOVING NORTHWESTWARD AT 15 MPH AND IS EXPECTED TO
MAINTAIN THAT RATE OF PROGRESSION OVERNIGHT.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 10 MPH. THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE
IS 30.43 INCHES...1010 MB.
