WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 34.4 NORTH LONGITUDE 84.3 WEST OR 50
MILES TO THE NORTH OF ATLANTA GEORGIA. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
WINDS ARE 15 MPH WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE
IS 999 MB OR 29.50 INCHES.  FRANCES IS FORECAST TO MOVE  NORTHWARD
AT APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH.
