AT 500 AM EDT...09Z...THE WEAK SURFACE LOW ASSOCIATED WITH FAY WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 37.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 82.7 WEST...OR ABOUT
40 MILES SOUTH OF HUNTINGTON WEST VIRGINIA. 

THE SURFACE LOW IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 8 MPH...13 KM/HR. THE
REMNANTS OF FAY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEASTWARD TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 10 MPH.  THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE
IS 1010 MB...29.82 INCHES.
