FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR FAR SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS AND
PORTIONS OF NEW MEXICO.  A FLOOD ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN ARIZONA.

AT 300 AM MDT...0900Z...SURFACE OBSERVATIONS ACROSS NEW MEXICO AND
THE LATEST SATELLITE AND RADAR IMAGERY...INDICATE THAT THE REMNANT
DISTURBANCE ASSOCIATED WITH DOLLY WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 34.2
NORTH...LONGITUDE 105.6 WEST OR APPROXIMATELY 55 MILES SOUTH OF
CLINES CORNER NEW MEXICO.

THE DISTURBANCE IS MOVING NORTH-NORTHEAST AT APPROXIMATELY 10
MPH...16 KM/HR.  THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
OVERNIGHT.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/HR...WITH GUSTS TO
25 MPH...37 KM/HR NEAR HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE AND ALAMOGORDO NEW
MEXICO.

DOLLYS REMNANT DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO MOVE
NORTH-NORTHEASTWARD THROUGH NEW MEXICO SUNDAY AND TOWARD THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE SUNDAY NIGHT.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHERN MEXICO...FAR SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS
AND PORTIONS OF NEW MEXICO...WITH ISOLATED HEAVIER TOTALS POSSIBLE
OVER AREAS WITH HIGHER TERRAIN DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.  THESE
RAINS MAY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

THE NEXT ADVISORY WILL BE ISSUED BY THE HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL
PREDICTION CENTER AT 900 AM MDT.
