A FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE TEXAS
BIG BEND REGION. FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR FAR
SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS...MUCH OF NEW MEXICO...AND SOUTHEAST ARIZONA.

AT 900 AM MDT...1500Z...SURFACE OBSERVATIONS ACROSS TEXAS AND
NORTHEAST MEXICO...AND THE LATEST SATELLITE AND RADAR
IMAGERY...INDICATE THAT THE REMNANT DISTURBANCE ASSOCIATED WITH
DOLLY WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 31.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 106.4 WEST
OR APPROXIMATELY 20 MILES...32 KM SOUTH OF EL PASO TEXAS.

THE DISTURBANCE IS MOVING NORTH AT 7 MPH...11 KM/HR.  THIS MOTION
IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE DAY ON SATURDAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 15 MPH...25 KM/HR...WITH GUSTS TO
40 MPH...64 KM/HR NORTHEAST OF THE DISTURBANCE CENTER ACROSS THE
HIGHER TERRAIN OF GUADALUPE PASS IN SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS.

NORTH-CENTRAL MEXICO...FAR SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS...SOUTHERN AND
CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...AND PORTIONS OF ARIZONA.

NORTHWARD SATURDAY INTO NEW MEXICO.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3
INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN MEXICO...FAR
SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS...SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...AND
PORTIONS OF ARIZONA...WITH ISOLATED HEAVIER TOTALS POSSIBLE OVER
AREAS WITH HIGHER TERRAIN DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.  THESE RAINS
MAY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

THE NEXT ADVISORY WILL BE ISSUED BY THE HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL
PREDICTION CENTER AT 300 PM MDT.
