...CLAUDETTE CONTINUES TO WEAKEN...LOW PRESSURE CENTER OF
REMNANTS MIGRATE WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE RIVER...

CURRENT WATCHES/WARNINGS...FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS ASSOCIATED WITH
CLAUDETTE FOR SOUTHWEST TEXAS HAVE EXPIRED. RIVER STATEMENTS HAVE
BEEN ISSUED FOR...EAST MUSTANG CREEK...SAN BERNARD
RIVER...GUADALUPE RIVER...SAN ANTONIO RIVER.

AT 4 AM CDT...09Z...TROPICAL DEPRESSION CLAUDETTE WAS LOCATED AT
30.7 LATITUDE NORTH...106.2 LONGITUDE WEST...ABOUT 70 MILES SOUTH
OF EL PASO...TEXAS.

CLAUDETTE HAS BEEN MOVING WEST NORTHWESTWARD AT APPROXIMATELY  
20 MPH OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS AND IS EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THIS
TRACK OVER THE NEXT 12 HOURS. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 20 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 30 MPH. GUSTS IN
EXCESS OF 30 MPH HAVE BEEN RECORDED ALONG CLAUDETTES PATH AT
GUADALUPE PASS TEXAS... AND HAVE BEEN ATTRIBUTED TO OROGRAPHIC
EFFECTS.  THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 29.88 INCHES...1012 MB.

TERRELL COUNTIES. 

EXPECT 24 HOUR RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES FROM THE
REMNANTS OF CLAUDETTE.
