...TROPICAL DEPRESSION CLAUDETTE TRACKING ADJACENT TO THE RIO
GRANDE RIVER BASIN...SUSTAINING HEAVY RAINFALL AND CONVECTIVE
ACTIVITY OVER SOUTHWEST TEXAS...

CURRENT WATCHES/WARNINGS...FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS FOR SOUTHWEST
TEXAS HAVE BEEN ISSUED...INCLUDING TERRELL...BREWSTER...AND VAL
VERDE COUNTIES. HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE SERRANIS DEL BURRO
MOUNTAINS HAS LED TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF INUNDATING ROADS AND
PASTURELAND. RIVER STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR THE EAST
MUSTANG CREEK AND THE SAN BERNARD RIVER.

AT 10 PM CDT...03Z...TROPICAL DEPRESSION CLAUDETTE IS CENTERED AT
30.2 LATITUDE NORTH...104.3 LONGITUDE WEST...ABOUT 160 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF EL PASO...TEXAS.

CLAUDETTE HAS BEEN MOVING WEST NORTHWESTWARD AT ABOUT 15 MPH
OVER
THE PAST SIX HOURS AND IS EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THIS TRACK OVER
THE NEXT 12 HOURS. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 25 MPH WHICH ARE PROXIMALLY LOCATED
TO THE CENTER OF CIRCULATION... WITH GUSTS OF 35 MPH. THE MINIMUM
CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 29.82 INCHES...1010 MB.
