...TROPICAL DEPRESSION CLAUDETTE CONTINUES TO EMASCULATE WHILE
TRACKING WESTWARD...IN ITS WAKE LEAVING...FLOODED PASTURELAND...
DAMAGED CROPS.   

CURRENT WATCHES/WARNINGS...A RIVER FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED
FOR THE TRES PALACIOS...FRIO...ATASCOSA...MISSION...NUECES...AND
ARANSAS  RIVERS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR SOUTH
CENTRAL TEXAS AND THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES...ATASCOSA...BEXAR...DEWITT...DIMMIT...FRIO...GONZALES..
.GUADALUPE...KARNES...KINNEY...LAVACA...MAVERICK...MEDINA...
UVALDE...VAL VERDE...WILSON AND ZAVALA.  A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
HAS BEEN IN EFFECT FOR NUMEROUS COUNTIES INCLUDING...ATASCOSA...
FRIO...KARNES...MATAGORGA...WILSON COUNTIES. 

AT 4 AM CDT...09Z...THE SURFACE LOW IS LOCATED AT LATITUDE 28.6
NORTH...LONGITUDE 99.9 WEST...45 MILES WEST-NORTHWEST OF COTULLA
TEXAS.

CLAUDETTE IS MOVING WESTWARD AT 15 MPH AND THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED
TO PROGRESS AT THAT PACE FOR THE ENSUING 12 TO 24 HOUR PERIOD. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 30 MPH NEAR THE CENTER OF CIRCULATION
WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH. THE MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS
29.53 INCHES...1000 MB.

ACCUMULATE OVER SOUTHWEST TEXAS ALONG THE UPPER AND MIDDLE RIO
GRANDE BASIN DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
