MARYLAND OR ABOUT 35 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WASHINGTON DC.

BILL HAS BEEN MOVING NORTHEASTWARD NEAR 25 MPH OVER THE PAST 6
HOURS AND THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO MOVE
NORTHEASTWARD TODAY.
