NEAR LATITUDE  36.8 NORTH...78.5 WEST...OR ABOUT 35 MILES
NORTHEAST OF DANVILLE VIRGINIA OR ABOUT 40 MILES TO THE SOUTHEAST
OF LYNCHBURG VIRGINIA.

BILL HAS BEEN MOVING NORTHEASTWARD NEAR 16 MPH OVER THE PAST 3
HOURS AND THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST-
NORTHEAST TONIGHT.
