WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 40 MILES...65 KILOMETERS EAST-NORTHEAST
OF CHARLESTON...SOUTH CAROLINA NEAR 33.2 NORTH...79.4 WEST...AND
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH...8

RECENT DOPPLER RADAR IMAGERY AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS SHOW
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN EXTENDS FROM SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY TO WEST
VIRGINIA AND SOUTHWARD TO NORTHEASTERN GEORGIA.  DRY AIR HAS
WORKED AROUND THE CIRCULATION OVER THE EASTERN CAROLINAS...AND
INTERMITTENT SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE.
