NWRFC's Data from September and October has been recovered and fixed. It is now safe to use NWRFC's and CONUS's statistics for the Warm Season, September and October. |

NOTE: Half of NWRFC's data for October is not good. Do
not use NWRFC's statistics and be cautious with the CONUS statistics as
well. This data issue is being addressed and as soon as it is fixed
statistics will be re-run. Sorry for any inconvenience.
