NORTH...ORIGINATING ON A CLOSED LOW NEAR 03S 43W...WITH AXIS WEST
ACROSS THE SOUTHERN GUIANAS TO SOUTHERN VENEZUELA. THIS IS
ENHANCING COASTAL CONVECTION OVER NORTHERN BRASIL.
